"I ordered one setup and somehow something different..."
I ordered one setup and somehow something different showed up. I even went back and checked my email to make sure I wasn’t the one mixing things up, but nope, it didn’t match. Frustrating because I needed it for a specific fit. Whoever runs this really needs to get the orders sorted out, because I’m not sure I’d order again after dealing with this.

"Harder to hide than I expected"
I was hoping this would sit a lot more discreetly, but it prints noticeably under my shirt. I also wish the instructions were clearer on how to position or adjust it, because maybe I’m missing something, but so far it hasn’t been easy to hide.

"bad fit, Wouldn’t stay put"
This holster just didn’t fit right for me. It felt loose, and the retention didn’t seem strong enough. i wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting it to hold properly.

"Support got back to me, just took a bit"
I had to reach out to BlackPoint Tactical about my order, and uh, they did get back to me, but it took a little longer than I was expecting.
The person who replied was polite and answered my question, so it wasn’t a big deal. I just wish the response time had been a bit quicker. Overall, it was okay, not bad, not amazing.

"Fast shipping for the price"
I was happy with how quick my order showed up, especially since I’m always trying to avoid paying extra for shipping. It actually arrived sooner than I expected. The tracking didn’t update right away, which was a little annoying, but overall it worked out fine

"The wait was really disappointing"
I knew this was a custom order, so I wasn’t expecting it to be instant, but the lead time ended up dragging on way longer than I was told. What made it more frustrating was the lack of updates along the way. I kept waiting and wondering what was going on, and it just turned into a disappointing experience

"Still Holding Up Great"
I’ve been using my Blackpoint Tactical holster for a few months now, and it’s still working just like it should. No cracks, nothing coming loose, and no weird wear spots. I’m not exactly gentle with my gear either, so I’ve been impressed. It fits the same as it did on day one and has just been a really solid, useful holster

"Decent, I guess, but not exactly premium"
I got the holster and, to be fair, it does technically do the job. The fit is okay if you’re not too picky, but the edges were rougher than I expected and the hardware has that “budget-friendly” feel to it. It’s not unusable by any means, which is nice, but for the price I was expecting something that felt a little more finished.

"So it didn’t fit my setup"
so I ordered a holster for my Glock with a light, but it just didn’t line up right with the accessory. It was rubbing and wouldn’t seat cleanly no matter what I tried. When I reached out to support, they basically just told me to check the options again, which wasn’t super helpful

"Sturdy feel right away"
I ordered a holster and the first thing I noticed was the material feels thick and solid. I tend to look for little signs of cheap wear early on, like rough edges or soft spots, but the edges are clean and everything feels well put together. I’ve been using it every day so far, and I’m not seeing any weird wear patterns yet.

"Nice enough, but too expensive for what it is"
I mean, it wasn’t terrible or anything, and I can see why some people might like it. It looked decent and arrived fine, but for the price, I was expecting a lot more. The item just didn’t feel that special once I had it in hand, and with shipping and the extra costs, it started to feel overpriced. Maybe it’s worth it for someone else, but I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Nice customization, but a little confusing"
I liked having a good amount of options to customize things, but I can see how some customers might get a bit confused by the choices. A few parts weren’t super clear to me, so it took longer than I expected to figure everything out. Still a good experience overall, just could be easier to understand...

"Honestly barely noticed it was there"
I mean, it’s just really comfortable overall. I wore it most of the day and, i kind of forgot I even had it on after a while. So yeah, for all-day carry, it’s been easy to deal with.
